Stack Up Savings Disclaimer Terms and Conditions*
- Modification: ABC reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice
- Self-Service Ordering: This promotion is specific to ABC and applies only to products that are purchased through shop.abcmetalroofing.com
- Access only via Registration: Customers must register for an account to shop online.
- Combination with Other Discounts: This discount can be combined with our ongoing 2% online ordering discount.
- Discount Application: The 2% pickup discount will be automatically applied when the customer selects “Pick-Up” during the checkout process when selecting their preferred shipping method.
- Discount Disqualification on Modified Delivery Option: The discount offered is only during online transactions. Any additional or secondary discount will not be applied to adjustments made to the order quantity after the original purchase.
- Pickup ONLY: The 2% discount will be applied to orders that are picked up by the customer at an ABC plant. If, upon arrival, the customer is unable to pick up any products in their order, the products that must be shipped will forfeit the 2% discount and freight cost will subsequently be added to the total cost of shipping.
By completing and submitting an order with included promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to ABC’s collection of customers’ personal data and consent to receiving email notifications or other communications via text, SMS and/or phone about special offers, events, new products, and services from ABC. Customers further agree that in any cause of action, ABC’s liability is limited to the costs of entering in the promotional discount, and in no event shall ABC be liable for attorneys’ fees, costs, or damages. Customers waive the right to claim any other additional damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
